Refund policy

Returns can happen within 3 days of purchase. After that, store credit is issued for the items returned, as long as they are available for purchase from LuLaRoe by the retailer (ie the item is not retired). If the item came from a special deal, all sales are final.

All items must still have tags, and be in unused condition upon return. And should not have pet hair or smell like smoke.

To initiate the return, email mountainsidegals@gmail.com and type in the SUBJECT LINE of the email RETURN REQUEST and also attach to the email the purchase receipt.
